Membership Terms

All RVN Box memberships require at least a three-month minimum commitment (founding/pre-sale memberships require a six-month commitment). At the end of the three or six-month commitment period, your membership will be renewed on a month-to-month basis. If you wish to cancel your membership you will need to email us with 30 days notice.
By purchasing a membership you are authorizing RVN Box to, on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card account associated with your account, for monthly payments due associated with your membership and any fees stated in our late cancellation policy.
Membership credits DO NOT roll over to the next month and can’t be extended for use outside of the 30-day window.
Class credits or credit packs expire 60 days from the date of purchase. Promotional (free) class credits expire 30 days from the issue date.
Single personal training sessions expire 2 months from the date of purchase. Personal training packs (regardless of the session length) expire as follows: 4 sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase, and 8 to 12 sessions expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
Single semi-private training credits expire 2 months from the date of purchase. Semi-private training packs, regardless of session length, expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
By booking a personal training or semi-private session you agree to the cancellation policy.
If you need to reschedule your training session, please do so in advance of 12 hours before your appointment time. Personal and semi-private training sessions canceled within a 12-hour window will be charged for that session.
RVN Box will initiate charges on the 1st day of each month each month during your contract. RVN Box has the right to discontinue processing of memberships or late cancellation fees if unable to secure funds from the debit or credit card associated with your account.
If your payment fails to process, your booking privileges will be frozen.
You can freeze your membership for a minimum of thirty days and a maximum of two months per calendar year. To hold your membership, contact us via email with the exact dates.
As a member, you agree to comply with the rules of RVN Box with regard to the use of the facilities, opening hours, and your conduct. RVN Box may make reasonable changes to these rules, from time to time, provided the facility gives advance notice of these changes.
All class/personal training/semi-private training credits, credit packs, and memberships are Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable.
The minimum age to attend class is 16. If an individual is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present and sign a consent form for them to take class or use services.
